@OctopusEnergy Looking to switch. Wanted to use you because of the good reviews but being quoted electricity at 25p per kWh on your website. I can get 21p from my current supplier. That seems a huge difference even with your 6p cheaper standing crg. is this correct or a glitch?

No! It was just two pages long but they have changed me over to a new "better" tariff. I only live in a 3 bed terraced house... we'll see how much they charge me next month...

I’ve not had a functioning gas meter for a year! @OctopusEnergy have been useless so I’ve now raised it with the ombudsman to see if that gets any progress. Easy to do, you could try that!
