This is great insight into ChatGPT. I was amazed it can summarise YouTube videos! Just ask it to "Please summarise this video" copy/paste the YouTube URL - *and* copy/paste the video title. You get a concise summary of the vid and can then ask follow up questions, fantastic!

Hello @nationaltrust and @EventbriteUK Just letting you know that waiting for your waiting room queue to let me in *with no idea of progress or queue length* is a lousy user experience - the lack of processing capacity is bad, but not knowing how long it will be is worse!
