I had a great weekend as Production Manager for @groundworkuk ‘Light up Leigh’ Parade as part of @WiganCouncil Frost Festival. An amazing event with a real community feel. Only got a few pictures, but I enjoyed being involved in this wonderful day.
Nice summer of sound, starting with Audio Patch Engineer for a night of 80’s with the Human League. To Dizzee Rascal at Newbury racecourse and the icing on the cake was mixing sound for CATS ‘The Heat is On’ with my four girls. Now to the task of ensuring we are ready for Sem A!

This weekend has been all about supporting students young and old, yesterday I mixed sound for the wonderful Fame Academy Retford at the @TrinityArtsGain and today saw me accompany our fantastic @UoLCreativeArts cast from ‘A Christmas Carol’ whilst performing @LincsShowground.

An insightful day representing the @UoLCreativeArts and @LincsArtsCentre Technical Team at the Higher Education Technicians Summit ‘23. A particular highlight was Sir Jonathan Van-Tam’s fascinating Keynote. #HETS23
A challenging, but enjoyable week mixing sound for @LAODS3 production of ‘All Shook Up’. A great first outing for me on the Digico Quantum225. Big shout out to Alex from @UoL_TTSM who was a brilliant Sound No2. The icing on the cake was seeing my daughter and wife in the chorus!
On Friday the entire technical team from @UoLCreativeArts and @LincsArtsCentre were nominated for ‘Support Service of the Year’ at the @lincolnSU awards. Although we did not achieve the overall accolade, we received a ‘Highly Commended’ award’. I’m immensely proud of the team!
A tiring, but fantastic few day supporting @UniLincolnMusic’s Nebula festival. Great work by all the team, and a big shout out to Alice, Oli and Skye from @UoL_TTSM, who worked almost 40 hours and excelled in every aspect.
