Often, companies just add software to a traditional product or service, believing that is enough of a ‘digital' strategy. That approach leads to all processes & bureaucracies that failed during industrial time, still failing in digital #DigitalTransformation
Digital transformation is ultimately about getting closer to the value proposition any customer wants: solving a problem better than before, with greater convenience, at a lower price. Any digital strategy that doesn’t advance this is just distraction.
