A risk of gaining expertise is focusing so much on answering questions that you stop questioning your answers. It’s called cognitive entrenchment. As you get stuck in old schemas, you miss new ideas. The antidote isn't to deepen your knowledge. It's to broaden your perspective.

The better you know yourself, the good, the bad and the ugly, the easier it is to be authentic when interacting with others. A great place to start is to consciously examine your core integrity—the values, beliefs and intentions you hold deeply. MaryAFerdig.com

Pragmatic sense-making!

It is not that the unknown & uncertain are to be celebrated. Nor are seminars necessary to learn not to fear the complex & unpredictable. It's that in a rapidly changing world a script, a strategy, a mechanistic blueprint CANT respond in TIME w the emergence, or the emergency.

A must see! David Bohm’s ideas about dialogue and implicate order in complexity helped shape my thinking about Generative Communication! You’ll see why. #generativecommunication . bit.ly/InfPoss
