AngelList syndicates have exploded over the past few years. There are currently 3,500+ syndicates on AngelList 🤯 I’ve been a syndicate lead for six years, and I wanted to share some thoughts and observations on the syndicate ecosystem.

Yes & No! At least for #CRE #leasing. Conflict-of-interest exists, but a listing #Broker should seek out #tenants and is doing good work if they find one that’s unrepped. The bad actors are brokers who ignore repped tenants to get double $. Not a majority, but a sizable portion!
