Teach your children to gamble. (Here me out). Poker specifically, it increases: -> Math skills -> Logical thinking -> Decision making -> Emotional regulation When taught correctly. Prepare your children for the real world through games.
Maybe the answer to “when are we going to use this?” is: You might not. But people who build bridges, predict financial outcomes, invent vaccines, engineer defense systems, operate on you, develop your games, design stadiums are using math. It’s not random. Be aware.
