Great week✌A small launch tomorrow so we can keep learning and iterating on the service. Stay tuned for more information later 👍
A better week 👍 Brainstorming next plan and start creating landing page. Hopefully, launch next week and keep learning + iterating.
Create a plan, discard the plan. A bit demoralizing as the year has been so far. Need to step up the game. To a better next week ✌
Pivot away from teachers and school. The roots of the problems lie deep in the school system and no software can fix those problems. It requires a culture change or more like a new school system that is closer to the 21st century than the industrial age. #21stCenturySkills
A quick update that I've been holding for a week now. The first two weeks I felt paralyzed but now I have managed to keep moving forward. I do not even know what's next but the users will tell me that so I don't need to worry. One step forward, two steps back.
Last week in short - Educating myself by reading a ton of stuff - Starting the process to unlearn (a very underrated skill that is not taught in school!) product-first mindset towards the Lean Startup way of doing things
Last week in short: - Slush, meeting a lot of new people - Painful realizations, part of being a first-time founder I guess buff.ly/3xYAX5V
The first day behind at Slush. Met a lot of great people. One more day to go!
Last week in short - Fix critical bugs - Improve UX - Visit an upper school and see how the kids learn without constraints. They said it was a great experience - Win a hackathon😎
Peak to the future. Everyone learning at their own pace. No artificial constraints on learning (age, curriculum, etc.) #mathflow
Last week in short: - "Business Week" - Checking 100+ investor profiles and setting up meetings for Slush - Meetings, emails, messages - Visited Hakkari upper school. It was really nice, check the last post. - Still searching for early adopters..
80 minutes of math and most of the upper school students were engaged.🔥It feels amazing when someone actually uses your product and things seems to be working. I' curious to see where this leads. #mathflow
Last week in short: - Add basics of logarithms - Add an exponential equation - Do 5 user interviews - Figuring out who will be the early adopters. 🤔 This is the biggest challenge right now
Today 2 interviews and a quick demo at Lempäälä High School
Forgot to take a picture from Hatanpään high school today so you will get a picture from my office! Had 3 interviews today with students.
