I'm enjoying the heck out of @AndrewYNg's Machine Learning Specialization on @coursera. I started the original one many many years ago and loved it. I'm super excited to be doing it again with all the new stuff - and working toward the finish!
There are companies in this world with meh customer service, there are companies with terrible customer service and then there are companies like @AlgenAir and @rattasupernote with AMAZING customer service. I wish those other two categories would learn from them!
How you know when you’re a seasoned developer: When the lawn mower breaks and you text the husband (who’s at the hunting property) all the details of the problem and you end the thread of texts with, “Thanks for letting me use you as a rubber duck, I know what the problem is…”

Wow, @CarnivalCruise posts very clearly on their FAQs that the drink package is $59.95/day if you buy it before the cruise. But they are charging me $69.95 because I'm on a 4-day cruise. I tried to get #CustomerService to honor the price, but they refuse!
I'm in tears with frustration on this @duolingo problem. I thought it was fixed, but I'm no longer able to access it.
What is happening with @trello?! Yesterday it was working fine, and today it doesn't work at all in the webapp. The iOS version works, but all my changes in the past few days are gone! What the heck?!
Whatever you do, don't get @duolingo MAX! I've not been able to try the new features because they released it without making sure it works with the "manage subscription" settings in the app. I'm losing my mind and next to tears and their email customer service is NOT helpful!
Wow - @Ancestry charges $25 to cancel a membership. That's SO wrong. I will NEVER go back to them, even if I DO decide to do family tree stuff!
