I have just crawled out of my long hiatus of study on the prophecies of The Dragon Reborn, and I am thrilled to see the recent castings of many characters for #WoT. Looking forward to seeing more, and of course rooting for the series in general!

As a mom of 7, and a woman pursuing her acting dream, I rarely have time to read. But when I do, it’s #WoT! I’m on book 6 again, for the 3rd time. Studying Verin in all books, she’s my kindred spirit. I want to BE her!
I think compared to some of the other relationships, theirs is pretty developed. And sure Lan is stoic, but he has moments of a softer side where it is clear that he loves deeply and passionately. Besides even through that stoicism he has a certain charisma on the page.
