Buenas tardes @Aeromexico, por el COVID yo quiero cambiar mis boletos para Sao Paulo otra vez. En mi caso, la política de flexibilidad es inflexible y el servicio al cliente me pide que pague un penalty fee de 200 USD, muy injusto en periodo COVID. Podrias hacer un gesto? Gracias
