Feeling this right now. Building the audience seems harder than building the product.
At first, you build the product. Then you realize you have to build the audience.
Manager → Sub-agents → Tools setup: one planner routes to focused agents (Invoices, Reports, Forecasting, etc.). Each sub-agent owns 6-12 focused tools.
Software is a commodity. I'm building a service business. People with skills; hardware. Software is only a feature. In a world of AI and cold robots, personal REAL human interaction and service will be king 👑
