Funny, they ended up in the same apartment building me and Lu lived—well, live—in. I missed this place. Everything’s dusty, and exactly where we left it—except the cat stuff, of course. I’m glad we had a friend who was willing to take care of these two for so long.
I’ll leave a note with the address. I don’t want them thinking I ran off with no plan.
