Okay I may have phrased this poorly to fit the post length. Kraken bounces were sometimes giving 2 stacks PER BOUNCE, which was a bug. It should be 1 per bounce (not just 1 for the attack).
Yunara bugfixes: * Bounces from Hurricane to the primary attack target have on-hit damage properly reduced * Hurricane targets no longer have reduced on-hit effectiveness * Kraken should no longer stack additional times for bounces and won’t randomly skip doing damage on bounces
