4️⃣ Labour needs to redefine economic delivery: if we don't enhance people's economic security, real wages, personal security and the prospects of their kids - they will turn to the chimeric solutions of the far right....
The key lesson of the Trump victory for us is that Labour has to deliver the significant improvement in quality of life that people can feel or we face the rise of right wing populism that has swept America. Half measures won’t be enough.
This is a dark, dark day for people around the globe. The world’s largest economy and most powerful military will be led by a dangerous, destructive demagogue.
Same applies to all those politicians in the UK who deliberately perpetuate untruths
Wow. Needs to be saved and replayed before any future elections.
So will everyone who said the last result here was a vote against ULEZ now acknowledge that opposition to it is in a minority? (and if anti-green vandals could stop cutting down our local traffic lights, that'd be nice too...)
