So proud to launch this with @DMUDeanHLS yesterday

Five days to go till we launch Disability History Month at @dmuleicester . Join @DMUDeanHLS and I for the launch and see the link below for our schedule of events. eventbrite.co.uk/cc/disability-…

Happy #DisabilityPrideMonth let’s not forget how far we’ve come as a disabled community whilst also appreciating how far we need to go. The disabled community still needs to spend a long time self advocating (and for others).

If you see someone with A visual impairment please do not grab them to help without asking. This can be really disorientating.

Bought these for my friend’s birthday which I hope she likes. How sustainable is the card though it has seeds in to grow flowers! Image is. A birthday card and a silver dove necklace.

This is the best book I’ve read this year @TommyShakes

Listen back - @TommyShakes joined Anton on Sunday to talk literature, stand-up, and his new book ‘The Ha-Ha’! shorturl.at/ijMTW

Happy Disability Pride Month. I am proud to be part of such a diverse community and an empowering environment @dmuleicester @equalitydmu @DMUDeanHLS @Susan_K_Orr

ne of the factors which has increased my confidence for the work I've done in recent months in terms of my writing and advocacy work is due to having a coach. If anyone is looking for a coach I can fully recommend @rgh4inclusion

Thanks for sharing. It was scary writing this due to the personal nature but I hope it helps others. @dmuleicester @equalitydmu
