Despite the presence of 70,000 people at the canonizations in St Peter's Square, we had a well attended service swelled by a visiting group from the Wartburg College in Rotterdam in the Netherlands who had a distant view of the scene from the Manse terrace after the service.

PSA held a successful social evening, dinner and fireworks to follow on the feast of Peter and Paul raising 407 euros for Church funds. We are now using compostible plates to help the environment.

PSA wishes Fr Jonathan well as he moves on and we will pray for him on his journey back to the UK. We hope Methodists will be present at these events to say farewell.
After so many years we sadly bid farewell to our dear chaplain, Fr. Jonathan, we wish him all the best and we know he will flourish in his new church in London. May the Lord bless and keep him. But before he leaves, make sure to attend at least one of his farewell services!
