Great stuff. Us paediatric nephrology consultants handover every Friday morning ward round. In front of each family & nurses we introduce ourselves and handover. Demonstrating continuity is important
When emergency docs at @mch_childrens have to hand over their patient to another doc at shift change, they complete the I-PASS chart with that doc AND the patient’s family. This ensures all are on the same page regarding patient’s care.
