Just attended a really informative "understanding the barriers and solutions to personalised care within health" session by @Pers_Care Really inspiring to hear about the difference this approach makes for people #PERSCAREWEEK23

On #AHPsday2021 some of our AHPs across Rushiffe came together for a walk to #connect and #celebrate. It's the first time we have all been together face to face for a while and it was lovely ❤️ @AHPsNottsHC @wellrushcliffe

Absolutely, if you know the rest of the lyrics you are my friend😂

A good way to tell elder millennials from younger ones is to shriek-sing “PEACHES COME FROM A CAN” at them and see what happens

Calling all health professionals!! Opportunity to contribute to the national healthcare uniform consultation. I would urge all AHPs to have a good look, proposal is to group the 11 professionals into 4 groups for uniform @AHPsNottsHC smartsurvey.co.uk/s/nationalheal…

Great set of slides showing the links between Deconditoning, Sarcopenia and Frailty, and much more. Off to time how mamy sit-stands I can do in 15 secs #strengthtraining #agingwell

Another proud moment today seeing the drive, and the high level of problem solving skills shown by the community health staff to successfully keep a person out of hospital. Well done Rachel Cushing and @CorlettClair. #communityhealth @NottinghamWest @wellrushcliffe

Lovely to hear @critchleyanna talk about how she, and our physio Chloe, gained the trust and confidence of an anxious young man with complex needs, and hear about his positive feedback to them #personcenteredcare #MDT

I really like this. Although virtual meetings are an amazing development I think it is too easy now to fill our week wih meetings, at the expense of time to plan for them, reflect on them and action. Thank you @TowneClaire for sending invites for planning time for our ops meeting

#NoMeetingFridays gives me: 1. Time to reflect on my week 2. Time to slow down to get the best of my weekend and 3. Allows me to catch up on my ‘to do’ list Be self regulated 📔🗓 #QITwitter #QIFriday

Senior Occupational Therapist Anna Critchley says the pandemic meant she discovered the nature on her doorstep. River paths to woodlands, it helped her cope with the stress and strains of the pandemic. 'Nature really is the best medicine' #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek

Really useful, thanks for sharing @victoriaplace50 😊

A quick fire resource on the CFS aimed at physios but appropriate for all clinicians. Proud to say this aligns fully to our current frailty training in Notts West #frailty #cfs #ageingwell
