The venture business is insane in the way that one company/investment can change the lives of your entire family for generations. This means a lost deal is not an option. Never leave anything on the field. Do whatever it takes to win.
Founders overestimate what they can do in a week, and underestimate what consistent weekly execution does in a year.
Execution speed compounds. That’s true for apps, teams, and founders.
Every app has pricing power. You find it by asking: “Where does this product deliver relief instead of just convenience?”
Pricing is a growth loop. It teaches you who your best users are and what they value most.
Before chasing acquisition, ask: “Would my current users miss this app if it disappeared?”
