So what exactly is a conscious relationship? It's a romantic relationship in which both partners feel committed to a sense of purpose, and that purpose is growth. Individual growth. Collective growth as a couple. Growth that makes the world a better place.

The mind cannot differentiate between thought and reality. Painful or negative energy can arise through thought or through feeling/emotion. Emotion fuels the thought, and thought fuels the emotion. It’s called suffering.

I truly believe that the harder our hearts are broken, the more easily it becomes to allow more love to flow to and from us, through us. The cracks are what allow the love to flow. 🙏

I saw a post today that read ‘the things we don’t say slowly begin to poison us’. How liberating it is to speak from our hearts without worry of judgment or prejudice. If your words are true, then the words should be spoken. Be you and be free to be express yourself. Always.

Love is an energy. We are all expressions of this energy. To share this energy with someone is truly magical, but in order to touch it within the other, you much first embrace it within yourself. Or, it is like trying to charge your phone without electricity, it will die.

When you transcend the mind, you are no longer controlled by your thoughts/emotions you become the ‘watcher’ of the thoughts, the mind. You begin to awaken from the dream of thought.All emotions come from within you, not outside.Suffering is necessary, until you realize it isn’t.
