I put a post on Facebook (shut it, I'm olds) about some learning struggles with my daughter. I've had so many folks reach out to me privately. It has been so kind. It has been very helpful. This is what the internet should be used for - not trolling and spreading ugliness.
It is amazing how quickly a new "leader" can kill years of trust and culture in a company. I've watched in happen in 2 thirty minute meetings in 7 days. First they've lost trust and killed culture in a thriving company. Next they will lose talent and wonder why.

Drove home to Nashville today from Pittsburgh. Lessons from artic blast up north: slight disruption then life back to normal in a couple hours. Also, Nashville traffic SUCKS. Traffic great all day right until we hit the TN border. WTF was that today Nashville?
