Been a bit quiet recently as I have been training hard for my first bodybuilding comp, this is me now 5 weeks out, nearly in the shape I was around 7-8 years ago, just older! Lol
Footage of myself getting back into shape at my local gym. Things are progressing nicely :-)
So more fun in my local gym, been asked by a pt if I would like to train for fitness competitions and be her training partner for it so we can support each other, never a dull moment in my interesting life lol
Just love going to gym classes when the pt informs everyone I will show tts whole gym how it should be done, and have more women smiling at me than I can ever remember lol
When during your circuits class at gym, you lob a 20kg bag over your shoulder getting serious airtime and nearly taking other gym users out! Lol
Double day of Hiit training today and a full body checkout and grin from a girl in the gym, good to know my old mid 40s body attracts 20 somethings still lol :-)
Strange who one ends up talking to on a night out at the local, my one drink turned into a mini pub crawl, and an interesting conversation on russia from an ex special forces guy, kept my interest until 1:30am in the morning lol
Any of my female wrestling contacts planning on coming to Norwich or east of England over coming weeks as I fancy a roll :-)
Gym training paying off, lifting the heaviest wright's of my life now on a consistent basis, must be true about old man strength lol
Three FIIT tv classes in a row today, left me in a puddle of sweat on a mat, brings back memories of many sweaty encounters lol
More tough training using the Fiit tv platform, bit different from my cycling days but getting back into good shape a different way. Starting to look for a no gi grappling club near me, for the old mans return lol
Been using Fiit tv app to keep fit during pandemic and must admit I'm quiet impressed with it, certainly been sweating plenty the past 12 months lol
Looking at rebuilding some mixed wrestling contacts for a possible session soon anyone in Norwich or Ipswich area of uk give me a pm :-)
Long time away from the scene whilst I had a little one, but getting the urge to wrestle again, different location now but hoping to get back into grappling part time as the year progresses :-)
Great fun recording a pro wrestling custom for @AlphaFemmes_UK last night, reckon my WWE or TNA debut could be around the corner! lol
Very enjoyable time today filming for @AlphaFemmes_UK had a good match with our new girl and great to see @LakenWrestler again :-)
