PSA. I never played WR or DB. But great video here by @JimNagy_SB. This is what happens when DB gets out of Decel BPS in 3 steps and it takes the WR 5 steps. The WR and DB positions change immediately.

I am so "good" at help kids gain weight because I myself set a goal to gain lean mass over the yrs. It requires massive intent but with the right plan you can be successful. I was 123 lbs. at 5'9 a few years ago. Today I am a solid 135lbs and have more strength & energy than b4.

1. At first, track but don’t react. Observe/learn. Read. Note how various events/activities affect your data. 2. Experiment. 3. Gravitate to behaviors that improve values, build them into the routine. 4. Identify/address factors that suppress values.
