If you are looking for [a design that follows a brief], then our competitors are actually much better..... Because at @mtjdesign, we work together to fully understand what your client needs, wants, and their pain points to ensure that we are designing effectively for impact.
Complete the sentence: “If you are looking for [____], then our competitors are actually much better, you should go to them” Until you can do this, and do it *honestly* without putting some undesirable straw man in the blank section, then you will never be strategic.
Start with being different, and worry about whether your customers will like it later. This is far more likely to yield leverage than the other way around.

I agree- some research may require a focus on a particular group of stakeholders and other projects will be engaging with all of the above. The main thing is that #KnowledgeMobilisation strategies and messages are tailored to the context and the audience #KmbMatters
