People don’t hate work. They hate work that leads nowhere they want to be.


Burnout isn’t always from doing too much. Sometimes it’s from doing what doesn’t feel meaningful.


Young people aren’t lazy. They just don’t believe in the futures they’re working


Social media didn’t ruin attention spans. Bad content did.
