tl;dr Technically Updated (such as command changes) and Update Aquatic (such as water changes) are merging into the same update on Java Edition. 1.13 will be Update Aquatic and also have the technical changes too.
Hey folks, I don’t know where this rumor started but I can confirm that we have no plans to add alcoholic beverages in Minecraft (which includes beer). Beer is definitely not in the Update Aquatic.
The Curse of Binding and Curse of Vanishing Enchantments were added in the #MCPE/#Minecraft 1.2.10 BETA and is only accessible through Villager Trading! :D
