Asked if Trump’s layoff threat affected her decision, @SenCortezMasto said, “No, I think that's just ridiculous. That just shows you how ridiculous the arguments [are] on both sides, that they're willing to harm Americans.”
On the way to the floor, @SenCortezMasto would not share how she plans to vote tonight on the House Republican CR. She blamed Trump and the GOP for creating problems for Nevadans and said she’ll have more to say on the path forward after seeing how the votes fall.
