I don't know which trans person needs to hear this, but pitch plays a surprisingly small part in how your voice is gendered

I know social workers. They take on enormous debt and school for years only to take on a thankless job with low pay. They do it because they care. Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton sicked them on trans kids, and they have resigned en masse. They have to end this senseless policy.

#VO tip: Get to know your natural voice. What does your voice sound like when you’re just being yourself? What roles could you play? How old do you sound? Are you a fast or slow talker? High or low pitched? Accent? Vocal affectation? What are some descriptive words for it?
Please don’t cut trans men and nonbinary people out of the conversation today. This is not just a women’s rights issue, anyone who can get pregnant is affected.
