If I was a Board of Education Rep or elected official in MoCo I would create supports, pathways or funding for Spanish speaking classes for youth service, navigators and educators because 18.6% of youth in MCPS are EML. We need to teach English and learn Spanish to be effective!

Every youth sports organization should be in collaboration to its nearest high school feeder for field use, stadium for game days to increase the successful pathway into mcps athletic and school pride to combat the transfer portal epidemic we don’t address in MoCo.
How many people would clean up or throw trash away if we had more trash can and recycling bins on paths to school. If you see one you’re more likely to use one. Small but important environmental tactic! IMO.

It’s worth pointing out that MSEA used a process to endorse an incumbent without considering other candidates. When we asked if we could participate in the endorsement process they told us about their incumbent first process. Mind you, my LG helped them organize his campus.
