Ah, so exciting!!! Secondary students preparing CRISPR knockouts for multiplex PCR!! I would have absolutely died to be a part of the UGenie summer school when I was a teenager.

After their career's morning, our UGenie students spent the afternoon analyzing multiplex PCR products from their CRISPR knockout strains using @theBentoLab. As always, using their phones to take pics of the gels through the portable imaging hood was a big hit!
