The short version: Twilight could have been something great. Meyer's dedication to "Love Conquers All" ruined that chance.
I have finished Twilight. I have suffered through both movies. At present I am composing my manifesto of disappointment.
Only two good things in the Twilight movie: Anna Kendrick and Ashley Greene.
Withholding judgment until I finish the book, but Twilight the movie is just plain terrible.
Hint for the Twilight people: motion does not equal vampires.
Finally watched Twilight. I have to ask: how did the film adaptation of a #1bestseller not have more than $20 for effects?

@moria_jb the books. Reading is definitely not addictive by itself. College taught me that many times over. Yes, I am enjoying Twilight.
@moria_jb I'm behind, so tonight I'm reading chs 8-10 to catch up. To be honest, I'll probably end up reading New Moon. It's addictive.
@moria_jb Taylor's got muscles, I grant him that, but his face is built like Gumby.
@moria_jb ove triangle. Classic. Based solely on the actors I'd have to go with Edward. His hair may be terrible but Taylor is hideous.
