Not trusting staff to teach their own lessons with year 11s now.
I’m fairly new to teaching. I haven’t had a non-covid year yet. At the minute I’m finding that I’m feeling guilty when I’m not working. I can’t go out/to the gym etc because I should be working/marking/data inputting blah. Anyone else? #edutwitter
Throwback to when I was in such a toxic work environment that I developed shingles through stress. Just thinking about going to work made me ill. Find the right school for you. Nothing is worth your poor health - physical OR mental 🖤
