We've lost more public school educators in the past three years than ever before and teacher prep programs are literally down 70-80%. While self-care is important, educators cannot "breathe" or "yoga" themselves to better mental health when they walk into dysfunctional systems.

I can’t deal with the parents that are more upset you didn’t call them to tell them their kid was failing than the kid actually failing. Also, the gradebook is a live document. You can check it at any time.

There’s this young boy who was a solid hooper freshman year of HS. Gave it up not too long after to smoke and rap. All his posts involve lean and weed. Looks 5-8 years older than he really is. Whatever your vice is, make sure the kids know to live out their childhood first
