A few options if there is already a local media presence in your community. Be better. Be more consistent. Focus on a smaller community. Start showing up where they aren’t. Lots of opportunities to build a media company with $0 and a cell phone.

Local content is ripping in the algos - this woman in Cut30 has picked up nearly 100k views on this. 100k views in a single city is 10x more impactful than 1M nationally and probably 10x easier to do too. It's so early. 10/10 hook btw I'm watching for sure
