Today was our 2nd annual Battle of the Books - seriously my favorite day of the year! We had 27 teams compete! I’m so incredibly proud of my 4 teams and oh what a gift it has been to work with them each week as we prepared. #fallingwaterselementary

Battle of the Books focused on Aaron Reynolds’s The Incredibly Dead Pets of Rex Dexter. Students ate animal crackers and wrote obituaries for one of the animals in the story. We loved hearing each other’s hilarious obituaries. #fallingwaterselementary
