I genuinely wonder if people who criticise teachers actually believe what they say? If so, I can’t understand why they don’t train themselves?! Genuine thoughts, not being facetious.

Our entire cohort has been called for the NEA and although I know we’ve been thorough in our marking I’m still terrified I’ll have done something wrong 😫
Reached a stage where I’m genuinely fearful I’m not doing COVID tests correctly as I haven’t tested positive in nearly 3 years.
Very proud of this. A little bit every day to try and help me communicate with EAL students.
Very telling that one of the few photos I took whilst away was of the river debris so I can discuss it with the kids when we return 😂
