@airasia airport officials did not provide any support whatsoever with rescheduling our flight or issuing the refund. They kept on saying that they cannot do anything.
3) equip your support staff to help the customers by taking initiatives rather than making blanket statements like " I cannot do anything, go and complain whoever you want to" etc. 4) provision for providing refund if not rescheduling in such cases.
Contd..4) there were 4 Indian nationals stuck for the same flight. There could be others as well at different times. Help them by connecting with your relevant superior officials to provide support if the support staffs hands are tied/non - helpful.
Back here to whine about airlines. Are they literally the worst ever or what? This time @Delta. I’ve been trying to book tickets via text because the website said my lap child costs full price. (1/2)
Can we please call out airlines’ greedy practice of separating families (especially ones with kids) on flights so they can get us to pay extra to book seats together to maintain sanity. It costs then nothing to do this. @AmericanAir

2/2 Results matter the most to the supply chain, but having a good relationship will build a lot more value with the supplier than not.
