Last STEM challenge- build a water slide . 4th graders had so much fun and were challenged by building these projects.
Another EOY reflection "My favorite thing was being in Campbell and fourth grade We had fun! We made mistakes! We are all different! But aside from that we are great friends! I am missing you guys and I wish I can be with you guys see you in fifth grade!" They are beautiful!
STEM challenge Day 8- Build a bridge🌉 and see how much weight it will hold. The goal is to get 150 projects built by the end of the week! We currently have 116 projects built! We can do it!
We had SO much fun with Virtual Campbell Olympics! Bottle toss, shoe balance, sock bowling and towel flip challenges were a hit! @sharonpou

STEM challenge Day 6- Drop an egg without cracking it.🍳 Some 4th graders made themselves breakfast after the drops.

STEM challenge Day 4- Build a tower🗼 as tall as you can out of materials from home. 4th graders are showing so much creativity and resourcefulness with the items the can find at home.
STEM challenge day 3- build a paper airplane. I love all the different designs.
A student created this after learning about the Civil Rights Era in Virginia Studies and I’m moved beyond words. These are the kinds of messages that our kids should be seeing right now. #EqualityForAll @CampbellAPS @APSsocstudies @APSVirginia

4th graders are learning about ecosystems and life cycles.
4th graders created their own plants. They had to include adaptations for defense, reproduction and acquiring nutrients and water. I love how creative these plants are.
