Quick morning ride on my stationary bike, Body Pump over lunch. Post workout lunch is a chicken and avocado salad I concocted- it’s delicious and gives me my recovery protein with healthy fats 😊
Fell into old habits last night (chips, wine & TV), made me realize how much I like my new nightly habits (walk and sparkling water)! Back on it today 💪🏼
Before bed walk last night, up early sweating. And I had a pretty good day eating yesterday - even though my 3 yo told me again she doesn’t like me. Turned to walking over wine, and I’m feeling good this morning. I can do this !
Got in a lunchtime run! Annoying to have to shower and get ready again, but worth it! #sweat
Yesterday I turned 44! I am committing that by the time I am 45 I will be healthy and happy - including losing 44 lbs which will put me at about pre-baby weight. #projectme

Today was not great. Not terrible, but not great (I had Chuck E Cheese pizza for dinner...). Will do better tomorrow!

Ok made it. To fight boredom I did some meal prep - I like to keep puréed squash & cauliflower in ice cube trays in the freezer to sneak into my family’s food, and I was all out. Mission accomplished! #imdoingthis #icandoit
