After the bond yield sky rocketed last Wed then fell Fri, it went right back up yesterday. When will this roller coaster end?
Rates are at 5.25% for a conforming 30 year fixed today and the same for FHA.
We'll have to see if the market will continue a rally after these releases. Bond market closes early Fri and will be closed Mon for holiday.
Thursday the Philadelphia Fed will release its manufacturing index and the Conference Board will post the Leading Economic Indicators index
The economic calendar is light this week,with the most important data on Wednesday with the release of the minutes from the last Fed meeting
