I have to lose 20lbs. Some may think its not much, but it's important to me. I plan to share my journey & hope to meet others & share SW experiences.

I'm such a yo-yo-er! Lost last 7lbs, altogether 24lbs; was all I needed. But put 7lbs back on in last 2mths 😖 Determined to lose again!


Well, I haven't tweeted since Sept, but I've reached target! Have a new target now, another 7lbs, then I'm done. 😊


Session 2 of 10-Week Challenge done! Inspiration: 'No matter how slow you go, you're still passing out everyone on the sofa'!

Day 1 of my 10 week 'walk2run challenge'. ...And I'm out in the rain! I figure if I can do it in this weather, I'll never have an excuse!

Just been to my SW meeting. + 1/2lb. 3 small 'they're only tiny' treats DO actually count! Feeling positive after the meeting though!


Watched a video someone put online with me in it. Well, THAT kicked my ass! Really hoping no negative comments come. Going 4 some exercise!

Down 1.5lbs tonight. That's fairly good for me! Just gotta keep this up... Feeling inspired! 😃
