During a recent meeting Anita completed a presentation on a more creative way of delivering a module of TSP. This was interactive, engaging and useful to the team to consider how making delivery more interactive is beneficial to the group participants #ProbationNorthEast
This week, our Programme Managers delivered a risk training event to the team. They received excellent feedback from our facilitators who look forward to further events in the future #ProbationNorthEast
At our south team meeting, the team split into subgroups to discuss what they appreciate about each other and ways in which we need to be good team players to support changes in the service #ProbationNorthEast

Last week our Programmes Managers delivered Risk Training to the team. The team welcomed inputs from Mappa and Probation Practitioners around the region. They received excellent feedback from our facilitators and look forward to delivering another event soon! #ProbationNorthEast
Preparing someone well for a programme is so important. This week we received feedback via a practitioner about how the man had told them that he didn’t feel judged and his pre group appointment has made him feel more positive about doing the BBR programme #ProbationNorthEast
Members of the programmes team attended the new Victoria House office yesterday. The team enjoyed looking round and are looking forward to working alongside colleagues in Newcastle and North Tyneside in the future #ProbationNorthEast

The Programmes team recently ordered a variety of fidget toys, for Neurodiverse group members to use during sessions. Fidget toys help group members regulate and concentrate during the programme #ProbationNorthEast
Excellent feedback received from one of our group members on the Building Better Relationships programme. After finishing the programme, he contacted the facilitators to thank them for their help, feeling like a different person to when he started #ProbationNorthEast
Our Treatment Managers recently delivered Facilitator Engagement Skills Training to colleagues around the region. All participants enjoyed the experience and provided positive feedback! #ProbationNorthEast
