#Extruder gearboxes come in all shapes and sizes. The oil pump had failed in this Francis Shaw Single Screw unit, causing the thrust bearing to collapse. Luckily the customer stopped it before any gear damage occurred. With new bearings & pump overhaul, its ready for the off.

This 4KW #LeroySomer geared motor is obsolete and spare parts not available. This is not an issue here at NET as we have our own in-house #gearcutting facility. We manufactured a new first reduction gear set, along with a full overhaul. Ready now to ship with a 12 month warranty.

Geared motors can come in all shapes and sizes. The larger unit is a #Lenze 37kw inline unit c/w braked motor. The smaller unit is a 0.18kw #Baldor. Both units overhauled by ourselves this week. So matter how big or small NET is your one stop shop for all gearbox repairs.
This #Rossi MR C2I 250 OUO2V unit complete with 106.2KW Braked motor have both had a full overhaul ready to be re-installed onto a crane. Both units had a full bearing and seal change. All #gearbox and #motor #repairs carry our full 12 month parts and labour warranty.
Old School #variablespeed drives are still out there ! This #Stober R65 unit has had an overhaul. Fortunately it only needed a bearing/seal change, as these units are obsolete. Remember that NET specialize in all #mechanical #Hydrostatic #Friction variable speed repairs.
Another #TSHenschel Extruder Gearbox leaving our works after a full overhaul. This is an older type size 92 unit. NET can overhaul and repair all makes and types of #Extruder gearboxes, both main boxes and #Hauloffs. All come with full case hardened and ground gears.
It's not every day we get a gearbox in for repair that has 1 input shaft and 8 output shafts. This unit came in requiring all 9 helical gear shafts manufacturing. Gears are hardened and ground for smooth and quiet running #gearboxrepairs

Our latest #Extruder gearbox repair is ready to leave. This is a #Knodler Single screw unit, which we manufactured a new output shaft that goes right through the gear case.. These units are driven by 4 internal motors which give them huge power and torque in a very small space.
