You'll never believe it, @VodafoneUK - but my phone still isn't working, nearly 3 weeks on! Please don't message me to ask me to contact someone. I am doing that and have done that probably 10 times. Your customer experience is woeful and your processes seem broken.

@VodafoneUK my sim stopped working last Tuesday. I did a SIM swap instore on Wednesday. My SIM card still isn't working! I can have already spent hours of my life in chat and on calls with you, to no avail. Please can you sort this out?!
