But the U.S. and several other countries have suspended funding.
152 UNRWA staff have already been killed and 145 UNRWA facilities damaged by bombardment. UNRWA is the largest humanitarian agency in #Gaza and their delivery of humanitarian assistance cannot be replaced by other agencies working in Gaza.

UNRWA serves almost 6 million Palestinian refugees—not only in #Gaza, but also in the #WestBank, including #Jerusalem, and in #Jordan, #Lebanon, and #Syria. But the U.S. and several other countries have suspended funding to the UNWRA, the main provider of aid in Gaza.
