Did you also talk to him about the requirement for fully vaccinated Canadians requiring a PCR test @ US/CAN land border when returning to Canada. This requirement is not only unnecessary, it is expensive and frequently difficult to obtain. Time to look at reasonable alternatives.

Ottawa should scrap the test for double vaxxed Canadians returning to Canada. But should require the test for international flights from places that have high Covid cases .
Maybe it’s time for Canada to step up to the plate and do the same thing, especially for Canadians returning home!
