Wow what a week! Spent 4 days on a residential trip with a group of Year 10 pupils. Come away having learnt more about them than I have in a year. Such an enabling environment that it makes you wonder why classroom therapy is the norm... Exhausted but fulfilled #mysltday

Interesting point raised by one of my Year 11 pupils when looking at positive affirmations. "Being active makes me happy" - they said they only associated being 'active' with sports. So my question is what other ways do you like to be active that support your MH? #mySLTday

Had the honour of watching my school's talent show yesterday in aid of @comicrelief . A huge range of students of all ages and skills got a chance to perform and the pure joy when they heard the applause and cheering was infectious #mySLTday
