How do other people with adhd practice art? I feel like im not improving..and I dont know how to learn on my own without a teacher.. into the void I go I guess.

Killing that perfectionist side of you will do wonders on the way you draw. That perfect art you're thinking of is likely unheard of from your peers and they're not expecting that from you anyways. So sketch as much as you like, you'll get there
