Someone on a podcast said he wouldn’t do business with out of shape people. That’s lived rent free in my head for years.

Totally agree. That’s why: real estate.

Everybody needs to relax and realize that printing more money is the inevitable path from here. You want to be in asset types that do well in rampant inflation.
